5. Ex-Apple Exec’s raise $100m in a Series C round For Their Game-Changing AI-powered Body-Worn Device!

Humane, founded in 2018 by ex-Apple team Imran Chaudhri and Bethany Bongiorno, is creating a first-of-its-kind software platform and consumer device built from the ground up for artificial intelligence (AI).

In a press release, the company announced that they have raised $100M for their mystery device! Its rumored to be a body-worn device aimed at minimal user interaction, with an always-on AI assistant that laser projects augmented reality.
