1. 🤖 Salesforce BETS BIG on AI: Einstein GPT + AI in Slack + $250 million Venture Fund 💥
Salesforce is gearing up to release its own ChatGPT-powered AI, Einstein GPT, to boost its sales, service, coding and marketing offerings. Regarding Einstein GPT, the chatbot will be the world’s first generative AI CRM technology, which delivers AI-created content across every sales, service, marketing, commerce, coding and IT interaction, at hyperscale. It doesn’t stop there, Salesforce also announced that it will be adding ChatGPT to Slack as part of their OpenAI Partnership to help users summarize conversation threads and handle other queries (Full Story)
The company also just launched a $250 million venture fund to invest in startups pioneering 'responsible' generative AI. The new fund announced its first four bets which include:
Anthropic, an AI safety research company, hoping to spark advancements that are as trustworthy as they are transformative
Cohere AI, provides access to large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP) tools through one API. Its platform can be used to generate or analyze text to do things like write copy, moderate content, classify data, and extract information
Hearth AI, an AI platform intended to provide semantic network search. The company’s platform offers a follow-up workflow and relationship network enabling consumers to maintain warm relationships.
You.com, is the first web search that combines advanced conversational AI with community-built apps, YouChat, offering a unique and interactive experience with each query. It is able to serve up charts, images, videos, tables, graphs, text or code embedded in its responses to user queries.

3. Citadel Negotiating Enterprise-Wide ChatGPT License
In an interview Tuesday in Palm Beach, Florida with Bloomberg, Billionaire Ken Griffin CEO of Citadel and Citadel Securities announced that the company is in the process of negotiating an enterprise-wide license to unleash OpenAI's internet-trained language model on their own data and teams. While other financial firms have clamped down on the AI amid concerns, Griffin is betting big on AI & sees huge potential in automating 'an enormous amount' of the firms' work 'in a highly efficient way.'
Whether crafting code, translating software or analyzing info, ChatGPT could be a game changer—or create chaos—in the hypercompetitive world of hedge funds and high-speed trading. The race is on to wield AI's latest wonder, but will OpenAI's baby prove a prodigy or reckless gamble for Wall Street's heaviest hitters?

Candidly, a company that helps financial institutions and employers embed student debt and savings optimization products into employee benefits, secures $20.5 million in new funding to pick up student debt relief where new U.S. policies leave off.

5. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, brings next-generation AI to CRM & ERP 📊
Microsoft is releasing an AI copilot to lighten workloads & boost sales and service. Dubbed Dynamics 365 Copilot, the software giant's next-gen AI assistant generates proposals, summarizes calls and tackles other tedious tasks—all with a few natural language prompts.
With Copilot's machine learning magic now in preview for Dynamics 365 and Viva Sales, Microsoft promises to boost productivity for busy business pros. But in unleashing an automated assistant into the enterprise, the tech titan is also taking off into uncharted territory—with no guarantee of a smooth flight
